They say the only reason he won is because Kobayashi just had his wisdom teeth out.
Wisdom teeth out? That would explain it then.
I heard he just 'wienied' out. But our news sometimes gets a bit 'watered' down over here...:o)
Actually, Kobayashi's injury was much more severe and long-term. He has jaw arthritis.
He is quoted as saying: "My jaw refused to fight any more."
